Job summary

Everforth Apex Systems in Daytona Beach is seeking a Tier 2 Application Analyst for a 6‑month contract‑to‑hire engagement. You will serve as a Tier 2 escalation resource for Oracle Fusion issues, troubleshoot complex incidents, and support SLA‑driven incident management across order fulfillment, finance, inventory, and warehouse operations.

The role is hybrid, with three days on site and two remote, and requires strong problem solving, documentation, and collaboration with cross‑functional

Application Support & Incident Management

• Serve as a Tier 2 escalation resource for Oracle Fusion application issues.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex incidents impacting business operations.
• Support incidents related to:
• Order fulfillment
• Inventory management
• Procurement
• Finance and billing
• Invoice processing
• Label printing and printer outages
• Customer statements and billing synchronization
• Warehouse operations
• Manage and prioritize support queues to ensure SLA compliance.
• Monitor incoming incidents through ServiceNow, email, Teams channels, and other support intake methods.
• Document troubleshooting steps, resolutions, and knowledge base articles.
