Job summary

Meijer Inc. is seeking a Softlines Coordinator in Grand Rapids to support the Softlines team with sample coordination, admin tasks, and cross-functional collaboration.

You will manage samples, organize packs, and keep projects on track in a fast-moving environment. This role follows a corporate Hybrid schedule with in-office Monday–Wednesday and flexible remote Thursday–Friday, accommodating project volume and department needs.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year of related experience.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to shift priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, organize, track, pack, and distribute product samples across Softlines.
• Provide administrative and project support to multiple Softlines teams.
• Communicate clearly through in-person and digital channels to gather information.
• Schedule meetings, prepare materials, and support presentations.
• Maintain accurate departmental files and confidential information.
• Lift and move items weighing up to 50 pounds and transport samples across campus.
