Job summary

Goodwill of the Finger Lakes is seeking a Softline Processor responsible for production in the softline department, sorting, hanging, tagging, and labeling products while delivering excellent customer service in a clean, safe store environment.

The role may be cross-trained for additional duties and requires open availability including nights, weekends, and holidays; previous retail experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous retail experience preferred.
• Ability to read product descriptions and follow procedures in production system.

Responsibilities

• Sort softline products based on quality standards.
• Tag and label products in the production system.
• Generate store sales from items produced during every two week production period.
• Maintain a clean, neat, and safe work environment.
• Cross-train and take on additional duties as needed.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist teammates.
