Goodwill Houston is seeking a Soft Line Merchandising Specialist in Lake Jackson, TX to sort donations, price clothing, and prepare merchandise for the sales floor. This role supports the Donated Goods Program and requires attention to detail and teamwork.

You will ensure quality standards, assist with donations processing, and help maintain organized, customer-friendly sales floor operations in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Retail sales experience is preferred.
• Ability to communicate and interact well with a variety of personality types.

Responsibilities

• Sort soft goods (clothing, linens, etc.) according to guidelines.
• Price merchandise using current pricing guidelines.
• Hang sorted goods in size order by department and keep area neat.
• Assist with donations processing and floor recovery as needed.
• Provide friendly customer service and answer basic store questions.
