Job summary

PGA TOUR Superstore in Roswell, GA is seeking a Soft Goods Associate to engage customers in Men’s & Women’s Apparel, Juniors, Footwear, and more, delivering world-class service and building lasting relationships. You will handle front-end operations, keep Soft Goods areas stocked and presentable, share product knowledge, and support promotions while staying flexible for nights, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Retail sales or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lb.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer skills and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Engage with every Customer encountered and offer world class service by leveraging PGATSS Service behaviors.
• Seek out and engage Customers throughout the Soft Goods areas (Men’s and Women’s Apparel, Juniors, Footwear, Clearance, and Fitting Rooms).
• Maintain a working knowledge of Front-End operations such as returns, exchanges, gift cards, loyalty program awards, discounts, promotions, coupons, etc.
• Assist in keeping Soft Goods areas merchandise presence at a premiere stock and visual level to drive sales.
• Ensure all Soft Goods areas, equipment, and supplies are always maintained and operational.
• Demonstrate in-depth product knowledge and explain features and benefits to Customers.
• Stay up to date on merchandising promotions and marketing events to maintain presence during promotions.
• Provide feedback to Management on opportunities to improve Customer experience.
