Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 3+ years in soft goods manufacturing or related fields.
• Ability to read technical drawings and CAD/CAM files.
• Knowledge of pattern engineering and manufacturing processes for footwear or soft goods.
• Experience with PLM systems and government specifications (P/Ds, MIL-DTLs).

Responsibilities

• Apply engineering principles to develop, process, and test materials.
• Work with manufacturing teams to optimize material selection.
• Analyze digital data to inform product decisions.
• Collaborate with Tier 1/2 manufacturers and ensure design for manufacturability.
• Support security and compliance requirements as needed.
