Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking a Junior CAD Drafter to prepare electro-mechanical drawings and documentation. You will develop detailed design specifications, specify dimensions, materials, and procedures, and collaborate with a team of engineers and other stakeholders to ensure accuracy.

You will perform straightforward to moderately difficult support tasks, work with SOLIDWORKS and AutoCAD, and pursue a Secret clearance. HS diploma or GED is required, with an Associate’s degree preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience with mechanical 3D modeling and 2D CAD.
• Knowledge of dimensioning and tolerancing for 2D drawings.
• Knowledge of 3D modeling techniques and best practices.
• Ability to support SOLIDWORKS and AutoCAD; develop BOMs and drawings.
• Collaborate with an integrated product team and stakeholders.
