Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years of soft goods manufacturing, product creation, R&D, product testing, or related fields.
• Experience reading technical drawings or CAD/CAM files (2D/3D).
• Ability to analyze digital data to inform product decisions.
• Knowledge of pattern engineering, tooling, materials, test methods, and manufacturing for footwear or apparel.
• Familiarity with automated manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities

• Apply materials science and engineering to develop, process, and test materials to meet criteria.
• Use systems engineering approach and engineering tools to optimize material selection and manufacturing processes.
• Work independently with guidance and may review or guide junior staff.
• Identify and drive engineering solutions from concept to manufacturing.
