Job summary

Oak Grove Technologies, LLC, a Raleigh, NC-based federal contractor, seeks a dynamic Task Lead/Program Manager for PR/SERE training at MARFORSOC with Camp Lejeune, NC. The role requires SOF/PR/SERE expertise and an active SECERT clearance.

Responsibilities include leading complex training programs, managing schedules with MS Project/Primavera/Jira, and conducting program reviews to keep scope, risk, and cost aligned with objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher with SOF/PR/SERE experience preferred.
• PgMP or equivalent program management certification is a plus.
• Minimum 18 months of program management leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate complex PR/SERE training programs for SOF.
• Manage schedules and scope using MS Project, Primavera, or Jira.
• Conduct reviews and stakeholder briefings to resolve issues.
