Job summary

A leading federal contractor is seeking SERE Section Leads to assist Marine Forces Special Operations Command in training initiatives at Marine Corps Base Camp Lejeune, NC. This full-time contract position requires expertise in Personnel Recovery and Survival, Evasion, Resistance, and Escape (PR/SERE) instruction with an active SECERT clearance. Ideal candidates will have extensive leadership experience and training credentials in SERE courses. Competitive compensation and health benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Must have 2 years of leadership experience as a Section Lead for a PR/SERE or SOF course.
• 6 years of experience as a SERE Instructor at a DoD FSLC SERE school is required.
• Must be a resident expert in PR/SERE Instruction and training.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SL Instructor for Survival/Evasion and Resistance/Escape Sections.
• Coordinate with Government Section Leads to fill instructor billets.
• Oversee contractor personnel training and responsibilities.
