Job summary

Oak Grove Technologies, LLC seeks dynamic SERE professionals to support MARFORSOC training at Camp Lejeune, NC. The SERE Section Leads will oversee PR/SERE education, coordinate with government leads, and ensure contractor staffing aligns with the SOW and MARFORSOC POIs.

Qualifications

• Two years of leadership as a PR/SERE section lead
• Six years as a SERE Instructor at a DoD FSLC SERE school
• Resident expert in PR/SERE instruction and training with JPRA courses or equivalent
• Graduate of an approved DoD Instructor Training/Certification Course
• Minimum 12 months in assigned section conducting HRTI SERE Instructor duties

Responsibilities

• Lead Survival/Evasion and Resistance/Escape sections within the PR/SERE branch.
• Fill instructor billets with Government leads and oversee contractor staff.
• Ensure contractor personnel perform IAW SOW and MARFORSOC PR/SERE and MRTC POIs.
• Communicate with the Task Lead on Manning and performance issues affecting requirements.
• Serve as SME for PR/SERE events and cover gaps when needed.
