The role requires 10+ years of relevant experience, a BA/BS degree, and a SECRET security clearance. Candidates should have a background in military training and strong leadership capabilities. This position is full-time and on-site, contributing to vital training operations for defense clients.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of SOF/PR-SERE experience and 5 years as a certified instructor.
• Must possess a SECRET clearance and subject-matter expertise in PR/SERE.
• Ability to develop and instruct SERE training concepts.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-risk SERE and PR training to military forces.
• Manage contractor personnel and oversee training program completion.
