Responsibilities

• Performs end-user IT support for various components and commands at Camp Lejeune.
• Manages and supports End User Devices for local or remote access via wired or wireless.
• Troubleshoots and resolves software and network issues.
• Conducts IMAC changes and data migrations as needed.
• Tests IT equipment and ensures compliance with standard configurations.
• Recommends hardware/software upgrades as required.
• Interacts with customers to provide training and resolve issues.
• Coordinates with Enterprise teams and site/local helpdesks for service delivery.
• Utilizes Remedy for ticketing and updates management tools as needed.

Required Qualifications:

• Min6 years with HS Diploma; 4 years with AS/AA; or 2 years with BS/BA.
• Active DoW TS/SCI clearance.
• Compliance with DoW 8140 under the Work Role Code 411- Intermediate level or higher
• Experience with Windows OS, O365 suite of applications, basic multimedia systems, multi-functional devices, and mobile devices.
• Experience in hardware and software installation, configuration, and troubleshooting, along with strong problem-solving and customer service skills.
• Experience with active directory security group management, exchange distribution lists, and file share permission assignment.

The purpose of the Special Operations Forces Information Technology Enterprise Contract (SITEC) 3 Enterprise Operations and Maintenance (EOM) Task Order (TO) is to provide USSOCOM, its Component Commands, its Theater Special Operations Commands (TSOCs), and its deployed forces with Operations and Maintenance (O&M) services to maintain Network Operations (NetOps); maintain systems and network infrastructure; provide end-user and common device support; provide configuration, change, license, and asset management; conduct training, and perform Install, Move, Add, Change (IMACs) services. The responsibilities and tasks associated with each requirement play a pivotal role to USSOCOM, the CIO/J6 organization, andultimately theend-user whooperatearound the globe 24x7x365.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Performs a variety of services in support of end users and/or missions for the various components and commandsresidingat the locations assigned and as directed by leadership.
• Manages and provides day-to-day support for End User Devices that provide local or remote access, whether using wired or wireless connectivity.
• Provides troubleshooting and resolves technical issues.
• Conducts application and data migration necessaryas a result ofhardware or software IMAC or re-installation.
• Troubleshoots and repairs software and network connectivity issues.
• Builds, configures, and tests IT equipmentin accordance withapplicable standard hardware configuration(s), software image(s), procedures, and specific requirements.
• Plans, engineers, coordinates, installs, and/or manages equipment installations.
• Recommendsupgrades to and replacementsin accordance withpolicies and procedures.
• Integrates, tests, and verifies remote access hardware and software.
• Supports approved peripheral devices.
• Interfaces directly with customers to provide training and to resolve issues related to services.
• Provides IMAC services.
• Coordinates with the Enterprise CSD, Site/Local Helpdesk, OEMS, Network, Server, Architecture, and/or Engineering and therequestingorganization.
• Conducts pre-install and site surveysas necessary.
• Makes use of Remedy for receiving, documenting, and closing tickets.
• Updates management tools asrequired.
• Makes use of available tools to troubleshoot and resolve issues such as SCCM, McAfee,InTune,Forescout,Tivioli, and/orHypori.
• Provides telephony instrument services including, but not limited to, provision telephones, configures and connect VoIP telephones, key secure equipment, change the usernames, enable and disable extension mobility, and activate and deactivate telephone features.
• Manages and provide day-to-day support for VDI clients.
• Integrates, tests, and verifies VDI client hardware and software with USSOCOM’s VDI standard client image.
• Recommends upgrades to and replacements for hardware and softwareutilizedby VDI clients.
