Today Project FIND operates three supportive housing residences that are home to about 600 people and four Older Adult Centers with over 3,000 members. The Social Worker will work with older adults, aged 62 years and older, at the Hargrave House location. The program provides case management services, information, referrals, supportive counseling, housing assistance, group work and crisis intervention for clients and their families. The Social Worker is responsible for conducting detailed assessments to determine client needs and eligibility for services and engaging with clients to develop goal-oriented service plans.
Monday-Friday from 9am-5pm. Please note this position requires availability and flexibility to occasionally work some weekends and holidays.
