Complete Care at Madison is seeking a Part-time Social Worker (LSW/CSW/LCSW) to join our skilled nursing and rehab team in New Jersey. • Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Educate residents and families regarding Advanced Directives.
