Job summary

German Centre Communities is seeking a Social Worker to join our Boston-based team. This full-time role offers a salary of $82,000 to $92,000 annually, with weekdays only and no weekends or holidays, based on experience.

You will conduct psychosocial assessments, develop care plans, provide counseling, and coordinate with an interdisciplinary care team to support residents’ emotional and discharge planning needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master of Social Work (BSW or MSW).
• Current, unencumbered MA LSW, LCSW, or LICSW license.
• Prior experience in a long-term care setting strongly preferred.
• Ability to communicate fluently in English – both verbally and written.
