Job summary

Qualifications

• RN licensure in Virginia or eligible.
• MSW with CSWE-accredited program for Behavioral Health/Clinical Social Work.
• Minimum of five (5) years of clinical experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership and mentoring to RN Care Coordinators and Social Workers.
• Facilitate patient care, problem-solving, and resource stewardship.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams; escalate issues as needed.
