Job summary

Qualifications

• Two to three years of healthcare experience with transplant, chronic illness or advanced organ disease focus.
• Master's Degree in Social Work (MSW) required.
• Current valid New Jersey State Social Worker License; LCSW required.

• Inpatient and outpatient psychosocial assessment and counseling across care settings.
