Qualifications

• Licensed Social Worker or provisional licensure required.
• One year of journey-level case management experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a unit of Social Workers, review performance and assign work.
• Develop and implement program procedures, training and guidelines for the unit.
• Coordinate services and contracts with other agencies and providers.
• Conduct crisis intervention and maintain case histories and documentation.
