Qualifications

• Must have strong organizational, administrative, interpersonal, and clinical skills.
• Must have a commitment to work from a strength-based, trauma-informed perspective.

Responsibilities

• Handle case-related crises with professionalism and urgency.
• Collaborate with other staff and service providers for effective support.
• Recruit and supervise varied levels of staff.
• Complete monthly supervisory case review notes.
