You will receive hands-on social work experience, training in Nurturing Parenting, and supervision as you support families, coordinate with DHHR, and contribute to court-related processes.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must pass Fingerprint Background Check (CIB) and APS/CPS screening.
• Effective communication with families, children, case workers, and supervisors.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
• Experience with Microsoft Office; computer skills essential.

Responsabilidades

• Establish personalized service plans and interventions targeting deficits and leveraging strengths.
• Open cases within mandated timeframes and schedule visits at least weekly.
• Document interventions and client responses and maintain organized records.
• Communicate with DHHR case managers and attend multidisciplinary meetings.
• Testify in court regarding client progress and participate in staff trainings.
• Uphold NASW Code of Ethics and ASO Code of Conduct in all professional matters.
