About the Role

Our client is seeking a compassionate and skilled Social Support Facilitator specializing in Elderly Care to join their remote service delivery team. This role focuses on providing vital emotional, social, and practical support to senior citizens, enabling them to maintain independence and enhance their quality of life. You will work closely with elderly individuals and their families to understand their needs, connect them with resources, and facilitate engagement in community activities, all managed remotely from East London. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct remote needs assessments for elderly clients, identifying social, emotional, and practical support requirements.

Requirements

• A qualification in Social Work, Gerontology, Community Development, or a related field.

• Proficiency in using digital communication tools and platforms for remote interaction.
