Job summary

Hireframe seeks a remote Service Delivery Specialist to support elderly residents by explaining technology, coordinating installations, and answering social workers’ questions. You will work withCRM data, build trust with residents and families, and handle outreach calls in a patient-centered manner.

Qualifications

• Clinical or care experience required, RN strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Explain technology to residents, obtain consent, and prepare for installation.
• Book installer visits and coordinate with installers.
• Answer questions from social workers and families; escalate to engineering as needed.
• Pull and report data from CRM; maintain records.
• Participate in weekly calls with social workers to review data.
• Maintain proactive communication and follow-ups through the installation process.
