Arnold Ventures seeks a Manager, Digital and Social Media to shape AV’s external social presence, translating policy research into compelling content for policymakers, journalists, and advocates. You’ll design and execute content across X, LinkedIn, and priority channels, while guiding voices of AV principals and building AI-enabled workflows for a fast-paced environment.

Based in AV’s New York, Houston, or Washington, D.C.

Competenze

• BA/BS degree required; minimum 5 years in social/digital comms.
• Experience integrating AI tools into daily production workflows.
• Strong writing and editing across formats and audiences.
• End-to-end ownership of social content including calendars, publishing, and analytics.
• Familiarity with SEO, GA4, and email marketing tools preferred.
• Comfort in advocacy/policy contexts.

• Define AV’s external social presence across X, LinkedIn and priority channels.
• Translate policy research into accessible, shareable content.
• Adapt reports and op-eds into thread, articles, quotes, and newsletters.
