State Street Corporation seeks an AVP, social media to drive strategy, execution, and performance of paid social, influencer, and organic content campaigns. You will own agency relationships, budgets, and cross-functional delivery, mentoring the team and shaping the social media function.

You will translate business priorities into scalable, compliant programs, partner with multiple internal stakeholders, and lead performance reviews to inform future investments.

• 4 years of experience in social media, with a focus on leading large-scale paid social and influencer campaigns in highly regulated environments.

• Lead planning, execution, and optimization of priority social campaigns and initiatives.
• Own budget tracking across assigned campaigns, forecasting and reconciliation.
• Serve as primary contact for key agency partners and drive performance reporting.
• Support influencer strategy, talent vetting, content guidance, and activation planning.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal standards.
• Mentor team members and evolve the social media function.
