Job summary

Volta seeks a content lead to shape and publish authoritative narratives about its AI infrastructure platform. You will ghostwrite for the CEO and executives, own the content calendar, and ensure consistent brand voice across posts, blogs, and thought leadership.

You’ll build and scale an always-on content program, manage LinkedIn and community efforts, and collaborate with leadership on messaging for public moments. This is a high-visibility role in a fast-moving, pre-Series-B environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in B2B tech comms, social, or content marketing.
• Strong writing portfolio demonstrated through published work.
• Experience building an always-on content program from scratch.
• Experience growing an online community from the ground up.
• Prior press or analyst relations exposure in infrastructure, cloud, or deep tech.
• Comfort working with minimal infrastructure in a fast-moving environment with leadership.
• Track record using engagement metrics to refine content strategy.
• Highly organized with multi-channel coordination.

Responsibilities

• Content & Storytelling – ghostwrite public content for CEO, CPO, and executives; own the voice.
• Own blog and content calendar end to end, including flagship long-form pieces.
• Build a repeatable content production pipeline with briefs, drafts, reviews, and approvals.
• Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity across all publications.
• Social & Community – manage always-on LinkedIn cadence; build community strategy with leadership.
• Track share of voice and engagement metrics; adjust strategy based on data.
• Press & Brand – manage press relationships with PR agency; schedule analyst/influencer engagement.
• Prepare talking points and messaging for public moments; rapid-response coordination.
