Loud Solutions in San Francisco is seeking a Social Media & Content Lead to own our social strategy and execution for an AI-focused insurance-tech startup. The role is on-site, five days a week, with a dedicated content budget and opportunities to visit customers.

You will craft posts, build visuals, publish content, and measure impact to continuously improve engagement. Ideal candidates have 2+ years of hands-on experience owning company channels, a portfolio of live work, and a proven ability

Qualificações

• Owned social media end-to-end at a recognised, high-performing tech startup.
• Deep expertise in LinkedIn and X.
• Strong writing instincts and ability to explain technical ideas clearly.
• Hands-on design skills, particularly in Canva.
• A portfolio of live work and case studies showing what you achieved.
• Experience using AI tools, alongside the editorial judgment to make the work distinctive.
• At least two years of relevant experience, including full-time ownership of company channels.
