Job summary

Arnold Ventures seeks a Manager, Digital and Social Media to shape AV's external presence across major channels. Translate policy research into compelling content, support principals, and build AI-enabled workflows for a fast-paced environment.

Reporting to the Director of Digital Strategy, you will lead social content creation, editorial processes, and collaboration with media and advocacy teams to turn real-time developments into timely, data-informed posts.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in social content, digital communications, or content marketing.
• Experience integrating AI tools into daily production work.
• Strong writing and editing skills with a versatile portfolio.
• Experience owning social content end to end including calendar, creation, publishing, and analysis.
• Familiarity with SEO, web analytics, or email marketing tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain editorial calendar across X, LinkedIn, and priority channels.
• Draft and publish clear, evidence-grounded posts translating research into shareable content.
• Repurpose longform assets into threads, articles, quote cards, and newsletters.
• Monitor conversations and engage constructively on AV's behalf.
• Identify engagement opportunities and advise teams for timely action.
• Turn real-time developments into timely social content with media/advocacy.
• Measure performance with data and refine presence with analytics.
• Help thought leaders build authentic digital voices and social commentary.
