Nordstrom Rack is seeking a Manager, Social Strategy to own the end-to-end social strategy across channels, delivering on growth and engagement goals. The role partners with Brand, Media, PR, Site, Search, Merch, and Marketing leadership to scale high-velocity content in a matrixed org.

This high-visibility role is hybrid in Seattle, WA, with a requirement to be in the Nordstrom corporate headquarters 4 days a week.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 6–9 years of social media marketing and strategy experience, including team leadership at an enterprise or large portfolio brand.
• Native fluency across major platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, Threads).
• Deep experience with social listening and analytics tools (Sprout, Nectar, GWI, Brandwatch).
• Strong briefing, editorial planning, and ability to produce high-velocity content at scale.

Responsibilities

• Own Nordstrom Rack social strategy end-to-end across channels and platforms.
• Drive performance creative strategy in partnership with paid social leadership.
• Filter social listening signals into a strategic trend agenda for content creators.
• Own strategic social KPIs: growth, engagement, share of voice, brand health.
• Collaborate with PR, Site, Search, Merch, Media and Marketing leadership to align social with brand priorities.
• Drive editorial planning and brief-writing with agency partners to meet timelines.
