Job summary

Nordstrom's Senior Manager, Social Strategy leads end-to-end social strategy for Nordstrom and Beauty across organic channels. This hybrid role in Seattle owns enterprise social KPIs, content direction, and team development.

You will set editorial direction, coordinate organic strategy across Nordstrom, Beauty, and Rack banners, and lead the Brand Social team to drive performance. The role focuses on growth, engagement, share of voice, and brand health while partnering with marketing, PR, site,

Qualifications

8-12 years of social media marketing and strategy experience, including enterprise leadership.
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college.
Expertise across major social platforms, scheduling and listening tools.
Strong editorial planning and high-volume content experience.
Available to work at Seattle corporate headquarters at least four days per week.

Responsibilities

Set editorial direction, platform priorities, and brand expression across social channels.
Coordinate organic strategy across Nordstrom, Beauty, and Rack banners.
Own social performance goals, including growth, engagement, share of voice, and brand health.
Lead and develop the Brand Social team and partner with marketing, PR, site, search, merchandising, and agency teams.
Identify platform opportunities, trends, formats, and tools to scale high-quality content.
