• Knowledge of social listening tools: Brandwatch, Meltwater, Sprinklr, Talkwalker.
• Agency or corporate background; reputation/public affairs experience is valued.
• Strong writing, presentation, and analytical skills; manage tight timelines.
• Proven project and team management with multi-stakeholder initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Translate client goals into clear social content plans and executions.
• Manage campaigns across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X, Reddit.
• Oversee content calendars, drafts, and messaging.
