Bully Pulpit International is seeking a seasoned social and content strategist to guide integrated social media programs that advance our mission, amplify our impact, and protect our reputation. This role blends strategic planning, content creation, executive visibility, and rapid-response expertise with a focus on thought leadership, public policy, and values-driven engagement.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in strategic communications, social media strategy, and content creation.
• Fluency in Meta, LinkedIn, X, TikTok, YouTube, Reddit and other social platforms.
• Experience with at least one enterprise social management platform (Sprout Social, Hootsuite, Sprinklr, Brandwatch).
• Working knowledge of social listening tools (Brandwatch, Meltwater, Sprinklr, Talkwalker).
• Experience in agency or corporate environments with reputation/public affairs campaigns is relevant.

Responsibilities

• Translate client and brand objectives into clear social content plans.
• Manage always-on campaigns across major platforms.
• Own social projects from brief to delivery with cross-functional input.
• Develop content calendars and draft engaging copy.
• Use social listening to monitor sentiment and identify trends.
• Deliver reports and insights on audience engagement and reputational trends.
