Job summary

MONO is seeking a Social Director to invent, grow, and scale our social media practice. This role defines the agency’s social vision and leads a high-performing team across strategy, content, influencer collaborations, and paid social to drive client growth.

You will partner with brand strategy, creative, media, PR, analytics, and other teams to deliver integrated solutions, embedding social thinking from planning to execution and client advisory at the highest level.

Qualifications

• 10–15+ years in social strategy or related field.
• Experience leading social in an integrated agency.
• Strong executive advisory and growth track record.
• Deep understanding of platforms, culture and performance metrics.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the agency's social vision and best practices.
• Embed social in planning from audience to journey decisions.
• Manage cross-functional teams with a growth mindset.
• Lead new business and expansion efforts for social offerings.
