Qualifications

• 5+ years of paid social client management experience
• 1+ year in a supervisory role
• Meta/LinkedIn experience is a must
• Pinterest/Snapchat/TikTok experience is a plus
• Strong data analysis skills with Google Analytics & Excel

Responsibilities

• Lead paid social strategy and optimize Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, Pinterest, and other platforms for top clients
• Forecast, plan, and grow a roster of performance ecommerce, retail, and B2B lead-gen campaigns
• Drive creative strategy and coordinate with creatives to tailor messaging based on performance
• Generate revenue growth from client renewals and manage onboarding, QBRs, renewals, and client communications
• Mentor and manage a small team of Account Managers and drive quarterly growth/retention targets
