Ruder Finn’s Digital (DIG) practice seeks a Senior Associate, Social Strategy to support Brand Experience clients across food & beverage, consumer goods, health & wellness, and retail. The role blends social strategy, creativity, and culture to spark conversation and deliver measurable results.

You will collaborate with RF Studio and practice groups nationwide and globally, gaining hands-on exposure to client communications, pitches, and campaigns, while developing your own POVs on emerging

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, media studies, advertising or related field.
• 1+ years of digital marketing or social content development.
• Experience with paid media management is a plus.
• Hands-on with influencer campaigns.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with Tagger or similar influencer platforms.
• Enthusiastic and proactive, able to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines with guidance from the team.
• Creative thinker with data-driven approach and strong problem-solving skills.
• Active on social platforms and eager to explore emerging channels.

Responsabilidades

• Support brand experience and DIG teams to develop bespoke social media and influencer campaigns, including researching trends and identifying new content formats.
• Draft social creative visual concepts and copy, partnering with RF Studio to bring creative to life for clients.
• Monitor social channels daily and support community engagement activities for a variety of clients.
• Identify patterns and cultural shifts on social, crafting POVs and real-time recommendations.
• Participate in internal and client meetings to learn about strategy, creative ideas, and campaign activation.
• Support influencer marketing initiatives by assisting with research, pitches, outreach, contracts, reviewing content, and tracking spreadsheets.
• Develop knowledge of social platform features, ad specifications, whitelisting, and ad objectives with team support.
• Assist in conducting basic competitive and category research as directed by senior team members.
• Stay informed on trends and updates in digital marketing and share findings to improve campaigns.
