Job summary

Ruder Finn Digital seeks a Senior Associate, Social Strategy to support Brand Experience clients across food & beverage, consumer goods, health & wellness, and retail. You’ll blend social strategy, creativity, and culture to spark conversations and measurable results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, media studies, advertising or related field.
• 1+ years of digital marketing or social content development with hands-on influencer campaigns.
• Experience in paid media management is a plus but not required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Hands-on social video development is a plus; not required.

Responsibilities

• Support brand experience and DIG teams to develop bespoke social media and influencer campaigns, researching trends and identifying new content formats.
• Draft social creative visuals and copy, partnering with RF Studio to bring concepts to life.
• Monitor social channels daily and support community engagement for multiple clients.
• Identify patterns and cultural shifts on social and craft real-time recommendations.
• Participate in meetings to learn strategy, ideas, and campaign activation.
• Assist with influencer marketing research, outreach, and contracts tracking.
• Develop knowledge of social platform features with team support.
• Conduct basic competitive and category research as directed.
• Stay informed on digital marketing trends and share findings.
