Ruder Finn’s Digital (DIG) practice seeks a Senior Associate, Social Strategy to support Brand Experience clients across food & beverage, consumer goods, health & wellness, and retail. Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, media studies, advertising or related field.
• 1+ years of digital marketing or social content development with hands-on influencer campaigns.
• Experience in paid media management is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Hands-on social video development is a plus.
• Experience with Tagger (or similar influencer platforms).
• Enthusiastic and proactive, able to manage multiple assignments with guidance.
• Creative thinker who values data and feedback to inform ideas.

Responsabilidades

• Support brand experience and DIG teams to develop bespoke social media and influencer campaigns, including researching trends and identifying new content formats.
• Draft social creative visual concepts and copy, partnering with RF Studio to bring creative to life for clients.
• Monitor social channels daily and support community engagement activities for various clients.
• Identify patterns and cultural shifts on social, crafting POVs and real-time recommendations.
• Participate in internal and client meetings to learn strategy, creative ideas, and activation.
• Support influencer marketing by assisting with research, pitches, outreach, contracts, and tracking.
• Develop working knowledge of platform features (character limits, ad specs, whitelisting, objectives).
• Assist in conducting basic competitive and category research as directed.
• Stay informed on current digital marketing trends and share findings with the team.
