Qualifications

• 2–3 years in digital communications and marketing positions focused on social media.
• Experience supporting clients’ social media programs.
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms, formats, and analytics.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams such as creative, strategy, media and PR.
• Comfort working with senior-level stakeholders and clients.
• Keen passion for tracking social media and influencer trends to solve client challenges.
• Ability to manage multiple projects at various stages simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Support the development and implementation of social media campaigns integrated into paid, owned and earned programs.
• Help educate clients and colleagues about emerging trends, platforms and best practices.
• Implement digital engagement campaigns for top-tier clients.
• Support the platform strategy for multiple clients and internal functions.
• Assist in managing client’s social media channels including editorial planning, content development, paid media, social listening, monitoring, and analytics.
• Inform the development of effective digital and social media creative assets to resonate with priority audiences.
• Serve as a day-to-day client contact, providing reliable project management and strategic counsel as needed.
• Collaborate with internal agency staff to ensure client deliverables are met.
• Support new business development efforts in pitch development and presentations.
