Job summary

Complete Care, Inc. in New Jersey is hiring a FULL-TIME Social Services Worker (SSW) with an active NJ CSW/LSW license and 1–2+ years of LTC/nursing home experience.

This 1st shift role involves providing psychosocial support to residents and their families, developing and implementing individualized care plans, coordinating with healthcare professionals, and advocating for residents' rights and well-being.

Qualifications

• Must have 1-2+ years of prior experience as a Social Worker in a LTC/ Nursing Home Setting.
• Active/Valid NJ CSW/LSW License.
• PCC experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to improving the quality of life for our residents.
• Seeking experienced Social Workers with an LSW or CSW license and demonstrated experience in a long-term care or nursing home environment. This is NOT an internship role.

Hours: Full-Time 1st Shift (8 hrs.)

Social Services Worker Qualifications:

• Must have at least an Active/ Valid NJ CSW/ LSW License.

• Must have PCC experience
