Job summary

Complete Care is seeking a Part-Time Social Services Worker (SSW) for the 1st shift at Milford Manor. You will provide psychosocial support to residents and families, develop individualized care plans, coordinate with healthcare professionals, and advocate for residents’ rights to improve their quality of life.

The ideal candidate holds an active NJ CSW/LSW license, PCC experience, and prior long-term care exposure, with strong communication and a compassionate, patient demeanor.

Qualifications

• Active NJ CSW/LSW license is required.
• PCC experience is required.
• Experience in long-term care or nursing home settings is required.
• Prior experience as a Social Worker is required.

PART-TIME (1st shift) SOCIAL SERVICES WORKER (SSW)

Hours: Part-Time 1st shift (3 days/ week, 8 hrs./day)

Social Services Worker Qualifications:

• Must have at least an Active/ Valid NJ CSW/ LSW License.

• Must have PCC experience

• Experience in long-term care or nursing home is required.

• Must have prior experience as a Social Worker.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to improving the quality of life for our residents.
