Complete Care at Milford Manor in New Jersey is seeking a Social Services Worker (SSW) with an LSW or CSW license for full-time or part-time shifts. This role requires 1–2+ years in an LTC/nursing home setting and PCC experience.

You will provide psychosocial support, develop care plans, coordinate with healthcare professionals, advocate for residents, and join a compassionate team dedicated to improving residents' quality of life.

Formación

• 1–2+ years of experience as a Social Worker in an LTC/nursing home setting.
• Active NJ CSW or LSW license is required.
• Knowledge of PCC processes or criteria is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills.

Responsabilidades

Positions Available: Full-Time Hours AND Part-Time Hours

• Seeking experienced Social Workers with an LSW or CSW license and demonstrated experience in a long-term care or nursing home environment. This is NOT an internship role*

Hours: Full-Time (1st Shift) AND Part-Time (1st Shift), may be on-call on the weekend

Salary for Full-Time Only: $80K-$85K/year

Social Services Worker Qualifications:

• Must have 1-2+ years of prior experience as a Social Worker in an LTC/ nursing home setting.

• Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to improving the quality of life for our residents.
