Job summary

Complete Care at Milford Manor is hiring a Full-Time Social Services Worker (SSW) for 1st shift. The ideal candidate holds an active NJ CSW or LSW license and has 1–2+ years of LTC/nursing home experience. This is NOT an internship.

You will provide psychosocial support to residents and families, develop individualized care plans, coordinate with healthcare professionals, and advocate for residents’ rights and well-being. Compassion and strong interpersonal skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 1–2+ years of experience as a Social Worker in LTC/Nursing Home setting.
• Active/Valid NJ CSW/LSW License.
• PCC experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to improving residents’ quality of life.

Seeking experienced Social Workers with an LSW or CSW license and demonstrated experience in a long-term care or nursing home environment. This is NOT an internship role

Hours: Full-Time 1st Shift (8 hrs.)

Social Services Worker Qualifications:
