Job summary

Complete Care - New Jersey & PA is hiring a Full-Time Social Services Worker (SSW) for 1st shift at Milford Manor. We seek experienced Social Workers with an LSW or CSW license and demonstrated LTC/nursing home background.

This is not an internship role. Responsibilities include providing psychosocial support to residents and families, developing individualized care plans, coordinating with healthcare professionals, and advocating for residents' rights and well-being.

Qualifications

• 1–2+ years of Social Work experience in LTC/Nursing Home setting.
• Active NJ CSW/LSW license required.
• PCC experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Not an internship role.

Responsibilities

• Provide psychosocial support to residents and families.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Coordinate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.

Hours: Full-Time 1st Shift (8 hrs.)

Social Services Worker Qualifications:

• Must have 1-2+ years of prior experience as a Social Worker in a LTC/ Nursing Home Setting.
• Must have at least an Active/ Valid NJ CSW/ LSW License.
• Must have PCC experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
