Job summary

Complete Care is hiring a Social Services Worker (LSW/CSW) for full- and part-time shifts at Milford Manor in New Jersey. The role requires 1-2+ years in an LTC/nursing home setting, active NJ CSW/LSW licensure, and PCC experience.

Expect on-call weekends with a competitive salary for full-time staff. Responsibilities include psychosocial support, care plan development, coordination with healthcare teams, and advocating for residents' rights and well-being to continually enhance residents'

Qualifications

• Must have PCC experience.

SOCIAL SERVICES WORKER (SSW)- LSW/ CSW

Positions Available: Full-Time Hours AND Part-Time Hours

Seeking experienced Social Workers with an LSW or CSW license and demonstrated experience in a long-term care or nursing home environment. This is NOT an internship role

Hours: Full-Time (1st Shift) AND Part-Time (1st Shift), may be on-call on the weekend

Salary for Full-Time Only: $80K-$85K/year
