Complete Care is hiring a FULL-TIME SOCIAL SERVICES WORKER (SSW) for 1st shift in New Jersey. The role requires an LSW or CSW license and prior experience in long-term care or nursing homes.

Provide psychosocial support, develop care plans, coordinate with healthcare professionals, and advocate for residents' rights to enhance quality of life. This is not an internship; full-time opportunities with growth and a compassionate team await.

Qualifications

• Must have 1-2+ years of prior experience as a Social Worker in a LTC/ Nursing Home Setting.
• Must have at least an Active/ Valid NJ CSW/ LSW License.
• Must have PCC experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to improving the quality of life for our residents.

Seeking experienced Social Workers with an LSW or CSW license and demonstrated experience in a long-term care or nursing home environment. This is NOT an internship role

Hours: Full-Time 1st Shift (8 hrs.)

Social Services Worker Qualifications:
