Job summary

Saber Healthcare Group, Columbus, OH, seeks a dedicated Social Services professional to support the Director in meeting residents' emotional and social needs in a skilled nursing setting. You will help plan, coordinate, and oversee the community’s Social Services operations in line with federal, state, and local guidelines.

The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, full-time hours, and a weekday schedule (Mon–Fri, 8:00a–4:30p) with some weekend manager responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Director to ensure residents' medically related emotional and social needs are met on an individual basis.
• Assist in planning, organizing, implementing, evaluating, and directing the Social Services Department in accordance with standards and regulations.
