You will help plan, organize, implement, evaluate, and direct the Social Services Department in accordance with federal, state, and local guidelines.

The role requires a high school diploma, an active Social Work license as required, and prior long-term care or healthcare experience.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• Current unencumbered Social Work license as required by state regulations.
• Experience in Long Term Care and healthcare settings preferred.
• Ability to communicate in English and follow verbal/written instructions.
