Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current, unencumbered Social Work license in Ohio.
• Experience in long-term care and behavioral health.
• Experience in healthcare, social services, direct care or hospitality preferred.
• Ability to communicate in English and follow verbal and written instructions.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Director to ensure residents' medically related emotional and social needs are met on an individual basis.
• Assist in planning, organizing, implementing, evaluating, and directing the Social Services Department in accordance with standards and policies.
