Job summary

Saber Health Group in Dayton, OH is seeking a Social Services professional to support the Director in meeting residents' emotional and social needs. You will help plan, organize, implement, evaluate and direct the community’s Social Services Department in line with federal, state, and local standards.

You will follow health, sanitation and infection control policies and ensure adherence to all policies and procedures. Strong communication and long-term care experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Must have experience in Long Term Care and behavioral health.
• Must be able to communicate in English and follow instructions as given.
• High school diploma or equivalent; current Social Work license as required by state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Director to ensure residents' emotional and social needs are met on an individual basis.
• Plan, organize, implement, evaluate and direct the Social Services Department in accordance with standards and procedures.
• Follow health, sanitary and infection control policies and maintain established policies and procedures.
