Atrium Living Centers Inc. is seeking a Social Services Director to lead resident support and coordinate psychosocial care in a 100% employee-owned setting.

You will ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, work with interdisciplinary teams, and address residents' social and emotional needs while supporting families.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of supervised social work experience in a healthcare setting.
• Knowledge of nursing home regulations and reimbursement guidelines.
• Experience with psychosocial needs of the elderly is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Positive, dependable, and team-focused attitude.
